During the operation of the Les Rats Mine from 1865-1876, the ore was sent to a metallurgical plant by railway. But, as the transport was expensive, two furnaces were built on the ore dressing floor to treat "poor ore": too poor to be sent, but still too rich to be left on the dumps. The furnaces were only working for a short time, as the smokes attacked the vineyards around.
A small amount of slags still remains on the abandoned ore dressing floor, and as the furnaces were cheaply built and didn't perform well, the slags are rich in metallic phases and show a rich paragenesis of well-developed secondary slag phases.

More than 100 EDS analyses were done by Chollet P. and Devouard B., by the Jean Wyart association and by Uwe Kolitsch (who also made some XRD analyses): no arsenates have been found, and only one phosphate but this one remains doubtful, as the slag matrix is very different from every other one collected on the site; this sample possibly comes from another site and might have been left here by a collector who forgot it in his bag.
Edit : new samples have recently been found (collected Y. Vessely, 2014), in "regular" slag matrix typical from the locality. XRD analyse showed vivianite. so at least one phosphate can be confirmed in the slag paragenesis

All arsenates previously mentioned shall be discredited.
Silver might also be discredited since systematic analyses on a lot of samples showed only copper and/or lead.

For all minerals found in the Mine or in its untreated dumps, see this link: Les Rats Mine
