How to watch UEFA Women's Champions League in Germany

ORF holds the rights to the Women's Champions League in Austria, thanks to a deal struck by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).

As part of the agreement, at least one game per game week shown on ORF, on top of any matches featuring Austrian teams. All matches shown on ORF are free-to-air and this will remain the case until the end of the 2029-30 season, when the current deal expires.

ORF's coverage of the Women's Champions League is primarily housed on ORF Sport + on linear TV.

Live streaming of the Women's Champions League in Austria is available via a couple of different providers. Option one is through ORF's streaming platform, ORF ON, which can be accessed online via a web browser or through a downloadable app.

Option two is through Eurovision Sport, a streaming platform owned by the EBU. Eurovision Sport is available for free in Austria and can be downloaded as an app onto iOS and Android devices.

Women's Champions League highlights can also be watched through Eurovision Sport.

SRG SSR owns the broadcast rights to select matches from the Women's World Cup in Switzerland.

The public-service broadcasting groups secured the rights ahead of the 2025-26 season, and the agreement runs until the end of the 2029-30 campaign.

As part of the deal, all matches featuring Swiss teams are shown on SRG SSR's flagship free-to-air linear TV channel, SRF1. On top of that, at least one other WCL match is shown on SRF1 each game week, as well as one semi-final and the final at the end of each campaign.

Live streaming of the WCL in Switzerland is available via Play SRF, an online streaming platform that can be downloaded for free onto smartphones, tablets, smart TVs and other compatible iOS and Android devices.

Football fans in Switzerland can also stream live matches and watch WCL highlights for free through the Eurovision Sport platform. All Women's Champions League programming on SRF1 is in German.

German free-to-air broadcaster ZDF owns the broadcast rights to the Women's Champions League in Germany.

Thanks to a deal agreed by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) on their behalf, ZDF has the rights to the competition until the end of the 2029-30 season.

The deal includes at least one match per week, one of the two semi-finals and the final at the end of each season. On top of that, the free-to-air broadcaster also shows every match that features a German club.

As a result, fans of Bayern Munich Women can watch all of their team's Champions League matches for free via ZDF.

ZDF's coverage of the Women's Champions League isn't limited to linear TV. Matches can also be live-streamed via the ZDF app, which can be downloaded for free in Germany on iOS and Android devices.

Additionally, fans in Germany can take advantage of Eurovision Sport, an online streaming service provided by the EBU for its members. This platform streams live action of the Women's Champions League, as well as highlights and other match clips.

Disney+ holds Pan-European broadcast rights to the UEFA Women’s Champions League (UWCL) from the 2025-26 season through 2029-30. The subscription-based OTT streaming service shows live UWCL at no extract cost on its online and mobile platforms, with production handled by ESPN.

Disney+ streams 75 live UEFA Women’s Champions League games every season throughout its five-year deal. At the time of the news announcement, reports indicated that Disney+’s 125 million global subscriber base was an important factor in UEFA’s decision to award them rights. Previously, global sports streaming service DAZN held UWCL rights and streamed the matches freely on YouTube, but their contract ended in 2024-25.
