A former lode Au occurrence/mine located in the N½SW¼ sec. 23, T14N, R9E, MDM, 1.8 km (1.1 miles) ENE of New England Mills, along Live Oak Ravine (2 miles NE of Weimar). The property is comprised of 80 acres. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is .
Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in slate and conglomerate. Local rocks include Jurassic marine rocks, unit 1 (Western Sierra Nevada and Western Klamath Mountains).
Workings include surface and underground openings with an overall depth of 53.34 meters and comprised of 4 adits, 2 open pits, a tunnel, a winze and shafts. There was some open pit mining.

Some production was reported during the period 1935 to 1936, giving good assays.
