A former Au-Ag-Sb-Mo-Cu mine located in secs. 20 (1700 feet S, 50 feet W from the NE corner of the sec.), T9N, R21E, MDM, 2.8 km (9,300 feet) SSE of Silver Hill and 5.6 km (3.5 miles) S of Loope, along the East Fork Carson River, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters. May be part of the Wolf Creek group. Almost on the line between secs. 20 & 21.
Mineralization is hosted in andesite and tuff. Local rocks include Tertiary pyroclastic and volcanic mudflow deposits, unit 9 (Cascade Range).
Workings include unspecified undergound openings.
Production data are found in: Clark (1977); Logan (1931).
