A former underground Pb-Ag-Cu-Zn-Au mine located in the NEยผSEยผNWยผ sec. 3, T21S, R15E, adjoining the Philadelphia prospect on the north. Owned at times, or in part, by John Parks; the Anaconda-Arizona Mining Co.; Altamirano; and the Boulder Mining Co.

Mineralization is a 4 foot vein which dips 80ยบS. The vein is composed mostly of crushed or brecciated reddish andesite cemented by quartz On the hanging or south wall it carries an 9 inch (22.5 cm) pay streak of ore which consists mainly of quartz, barite, limonite and sulphides-sulphosalts, the whole being more or less stained with malachite, azurite, and cerussite.

Workings are short tunnels and shafts in the side and bottom of a canyon-like gulch
