OddsTrader Affiliate Disclosure, Advertising and Premium Services

Effective August 17, 2026 · Last reviewed August 17, 2026 · Commercial concerns: /contact/#editorial-conduct

OddsTrader is a commercially funded sports-betting information platform.

We may earn revenue from:

  • Affiliate links.
  • Advertising.
  • Sponsorships.
  • Premium subscriptions.
  • Paid tools.
  • App-based purchases.
  • Data partnerships.
  • Other disclosed commercial arrangements.

This page explains what those relationships may influence and what they do not control.

Plain-Language Affiliate Disclosure

In one paragraphOddsTrader may receive compensation when readers use certain links or complete a qualifying action with a partner. Compensation may affect which sportsbooks receive commercial links and where advertisements or paid placements appear. It does not purchase a specific editorial rating, remove a supported criticism, or guarantee that OddsTrader will recommend a partner.

Sportsbook offers, eligibility, prices, and terms can change. Confirm the current terms with the sportsbook before you register, deposit, or accept a promotion.

Short Disclosure for Commercial Pages

OddsTrader places a short affiliate disclosure near the first commercial link or sportsbook recommendation on monetized pages, not only in the footer.

The disclosure we use

Affiliate disclosure: OddsTrader may receive compensation if you register or complete a qualifying action through links on this page. Compensation may affect commercial placement, but it does not purchase a particular editorial rating. Offers, eligibility, and terms can change.

"Affiliate link" on its own is not enough. Our disclosures are clear, conspicuous, and close to the recommendation or link they apply to, and they say plainly that OddsTrader may be paid.

An affiliate link may contain:

  • Click identifier.
  • Campaign code.
  • Referral parameter.
  • Cookie.
  • Redirect.
  • Attribution tag.
  • Similar tracking technology.

A sportsbook or affiliate network may use that information to determine that a reader arrived from OddsTrader and to report a qualifying action. Our Privacy Policy explains how affiliate information may be processed.

Does an Affiliate Link Cost the Reader More?

Normally, using an affiliate link does not add a separate OddsTrader charge. The sportsbook controls:

  • Odds.
  • Fees.
  • Bonuses.
  • Eligibility.
  • Deposits.
  • Withdrawals.
  • Limits.
  • Verification.
  • Account terms.

OddsTrader does not guarantee that a displayed offer will be available to every reader.

What Commercial Compensation May Influence

Compensation may influence:

  • Which sportsbooks receive affiliate links.
  • Which promotions are displayed.
  • Where advertisements appear.
  • Which operators appear in paid placements.
  • Which features are included in a commercial campaign.
  • Which operators OddsTrader can afford to test or update more frequently.

We disclose those possible influences instead of pretending they do not exist.

What Compensation Cannot Purchase

A partner cannot purchase:

  • A guaranteed sportsbook score.
  • A guaranteed recommendation.
  • Removal of a verified drawback.
  • Suppression of official regulatory history.
  • A fabricated account test.
  • A fabricated withdrawal.
  • A fabricated pick result.
  • A false claim of legality.
  • A false payout claim.
  • Control over OddsTrader's independent conclusion.

Affiliate Relationships and Sportsbook Ratings

A sportsbook may be an affiliate partner and still receive a lower rating, a critical review, a warning, removal from a ranking, or a negative finding. A sportsbook may also be reviewed without being an affiliate partner.

Ratings follow The OddsTrader Standard rather than the operator's commercial value.

Ranking and Comparison Disclosures

A sportsbook comparison should explain:

  • Whether OddsTrader can earn compensation.
  • Whether nonpartners were considered.
  • How ratings were produced.
  • Whether paid placement differs from editorial ranking.
  • What OddsTrader tested.
  • When offers and banking terms were checked.
  • Whether a best-line result is mathematical or commercially filtered.

We place a commercial disclosure near the ranking itself, not only in the page footer.

Sponsored content must be labeled clearly.

The label we use on sponsored content

Sponsored content: This page was funded by the sponsor named above. The commercial relationship is disclosed here. OddsTrader remains responsible for factual claims it publishes.

If a sponsor has approval rights over wording, those rights must be disclosed.

Paid Placements and Advertising

A paid placement should be labeled when compensation materially affects position or prominence. A paid placement is not the same as an editorial ranking.

Advertising on OddsTrader does not:

  • Promise guaranteed profit.
  • Present gambling as a solution to debt.
  • Target children.
  • Encourage bypassing age or geolocation controls.
  • Encourage bypassing self-exclusion.
  • Hide material bonus restrictions.
  • Make false licensing claims.
  • Use fabricated testimonials.
  • Use fabricated results.
  • Misrepresent advertising as independent editorial content.

OddsTrader may reject or remove advertising that becomes inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, unsafe, or inconsistent with these standards.

Current Commercial Relationships

The relationship types OddsTrader discloses are:

  • Sportsbook partners.
  • Affiliate networks.
  • Advertisers.
  • Sponsors.
  • Paid placements.
  • Test credit.
  • Reimbursed deposits.
  • Gifts.
  • Travel.
  • Data providers.
  • Technology providers.
  • Other material benefits.

Premium Services, Subscriptions and Billing

Where OddsTrader offers a premium subscription, paid tool, or app-based purchase, the product name, price, billing period, trial terms, renewal terms, refund terms, and cancellation method are presented at the point of purchase and governed by our Terms of Use. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store's billing, renewal, and refund rules.

Billing, cancellation, and refund questions go to /contact/.

No outcome guarantee

A paid subscription, model, alert, projection, or premium feature does not guarantee:

  • A winning wager.
  • Better sportsbook limits.
  • A particular return.
  • The availability of a line.
  • A sportsbook's acceptance of a bet.
  • Future model performance.

Payment provides access to the stated service, not a promised betting outcome.

Advertising and Partner Eligibility

OddsTrader may refuse, pause, or end a relationship when a partner presents unacceptable:

  • Legal risk.
  • Regulatory risk.
  • Payment risk.
  • Consumer risk.
  • Security risk.
  • Responsible-gambling risk.
  • Reputation risk.
  • Sanctions risk.
  • Fraud risk.

Commercial acceptance does not guarantee editorial approval.

Data and Technology Partnerships

OddsTrader may work with outside companies that provide:

  • Odds.
  • Scores.
  • Statistics.
  • Injuries.
  • Market data.
  • Analytics.
  • Hosting.
  • Software.
  • Payment services.
  • Advertising technology.
  • Affiliate attribution.

If a partner funds or materially influences research or content, OddsTrader discloses the relationship and explains the partner's role.

Testimonials and Performance Claims

OddsTrader does not publish:

  • Fake testimonials.
  • Fabricated records.
  • Cherry-picked performance.
  • Results that omit losses.
  • Employee endorsements without disclosure.
  • Paid endorsements without disclosure.
  • Typical-outcome claims without support.

How pick records are kept and graded is published in our pick publication rules.

Contests and Promotions

A commercial contest should identify:

  • Sponsor.
  • Eligibility.
  • Entry period.
  • Prize.
  • Winner-selection method.
  • Important restrictions.
  • Tax responsibilities where relevant.
  • Whether information is shared.
  • Official rules.

Audience and Campaign Claims

OddsTrader does not guarantee:

  • Search rankings.
  • Impressions.
  • Clicks.
  • Registrations.
  • Deposits.
  • Revenue.
  • Conversion rates.
  • Customer value.
  • Regulatory approval.

Editorial Corrections and Right of Reply

Advertisers and non-advertisers are held to the same correction standards. A partner may challenge a factual statement and provide evidence, and OddsTrader will review the request under The OddsTrader Standard.

A supported criticism will not be removed merely because a commercial partner dislikes it.

Compensated outbound links use the appropriate sponsored link attribute. A technical attribute does not replace a visible disclosure.

Tracking and Privacy

Affiliate, advertising, and subscription systems may use cookies, click identifiers, campaign codes, pixels, conversion reporting, and payment processors. See our Privacy Policy.
