Wu Tsai Theater
Our 2,200-seat crown jewel. This space has been totally renovated for improved acoustics that will help you get the most out of every performance you attend, with seating that brings performers and audiences closer to each other.
Karen and Richard LeFrak Lobby
Now twice as spacious as before, the LeFrak Lobby welcomes the community to convene, connect, and socialize. Meet a friend for coffee, read a book, or explore the public art installations as you arrive for a performance.
Hauser Digital Wall
A 50-foot media wall which features digital artwork and exclusive NY Phil content during the day, and allows anyone passing by to experience live concerts, free of charge.

Leon and Norma Hess Grand Promenade
The 2nd-floor Grand Promenade has been reconfigured to allow expanded intermission seating, increased food and beverage service, and enhanced access to the terrace.
Patron Lounge
NY Phil Patrons enjoy unlimited access to complimentary refreshments before concerts and during intermission at the Patron Lounge.

General Information

All concerts, conductors, programs, soloists, and prices are subject to change. No refunds permitted. Photography is welcome before and after the concert, as well as during intermission and applause.
Box Office
The box office is located in the Welcome Center at the southeast corner of David Geffen Hall.

Sunday
12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
The box office remains open 30 minutes after the start of any performance.

Wheelchair accessible and adjacent companion seating is available on each level of David Geffen Hall. Seats with moveable transfer arms are also available on each level.
Additional Comfort
Extra width seats, 28 inches wide, are available on the orchestra, first and second tiers.
Seat cushions are available to borrow from the Guest Experience Podium located next to Door 4 A-E on the Grand Promenade. Cushions are 19 inches wide by 17 inches deep, with 3 inch height.
Food & Drink
David Geffen Hall
The David Geffen Hall Lobby Bar and Coffee Bar are open to the public. Bars serving beer, wine, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks are accessible to ticketholders before the concert and during intermission. Beverages are permitted inside the Wu Tsai Theater with purchase of a lidded cup.
Outside food and beverage are not permitted.
Tatiana by Kwame Onwuachi
A full-service restaurant on the lobby level, Tatiana by Kwame Onwuachi, serves Afro-Caribbean cuisine inspired by the chef’s childhood in the Bronx and the old neighborhood of San Juan Hill. Visit tatiananyc.com to learn more.
