On 3 May 2026, ITTF Member Associations adopted the new ITTF Constitution at the ITTF Summit in London. The Constitutional Implementation Programme (CIP) is the formal 24-month programme approved by the ITTF Executive Board on 17 June 2026 to bring that Constitution into full operational effect.

The CIP is led by the ITTF Secretary General, coordinated by the ITTF Governance Manager, and supported by the relevant ITTF departments, bodies, committees, and taskforces. The Executive Board will monitor progress through regular quarterly reports.

The guiding principles of the implementation process are:
  • Structured engagement
  • Continuous transparency
  • Shared implementation

The ITTF is committed to keeping all Member Associations involved throughout the implementation process.

This page will serve as a central reference point for Member Associations and will include regular updates, relevant timelines, consultation materials, explanatory notes, calls for applications, nominations or expressions of interest, draft regulations, guidance documents, FAQs, and other implementation-related information.
