How can we help you?

Check the FAQ below for help and support with your Eurofan account, the Eurovision Song Contest app and eurovision.com

My Eurofan account

You can create a Eurofan account at any time by visiting the Create an Account page.

Your Eurofan account verification emails should arrive in yhourinbox a few minutes after creating a Eurofan account. If you do not receive a verification email, you can request a verification email by logging into your Eurofan account.

Create your Eurofan account to register for show tickets and get priority access to ticket sales. We'll soon be adding even more benefits to the Eurofan account.

If you have forgotten your password, follow the instructions on the Reset Password page. Nobody from the EBU or Eurovision Song Contest team will ever ask you for your password.

You can close your Eurofan account at any time in the Account page. In the Personal Details tab, scroll down to Account Management and click "Close Your Account".

Changing the email address linked to an existing Eurofan account is not currently supported, although this functionality may become available in the future.

For now, we recommend creating a new Eurofan account using your new email address. You can also choose to close your existing account if you no longer wish to use it.

If you're still having difficulties with your account, please email eurofan@eurovision.com
