Same to you love and I really hope so in my case. Lately, I injured my chest while benching and as a result, my respiration is a little fucked atm. Still able to work in spite of it thankfully and the healing is encouraging so it doesn't sound like it'll be a huge impediment to my gains.

Always a pleasure milady. :) I'm very well, thanks for asking. I trust that you're properly bundled up for the winter. The cold weather gets to me sometimes but I can't be moaning too much when there are people out there sleeping through this Siberian chill in the streets.

Hi babe. Mostly fine my love. Other than those two occasions where I got Covid since we last spoke, I've been sound as a pound. :) I know some people around me that have been hit hard by it, but it was super tame in my case. I simply let my guard down by skimping on sleep.

Anyway, I hope all has been well with you. :)
