Write-Error: Failed to fetch, validate, or execute artifacts-credprovider install. Error message: The term 'Get-ComputerInfo' is not recognized as a name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or executable program.
Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
Since Get-ComputerInfo is a Windows‑specific command and the cross‑platform equivalents depend on PowerShell 6/7+ with some inconsistencies. We are open to suggestions or contributions for a better cross platform detection mechanism, but the .ps1 installer is intentionally documented as the Windows‑supported option with the .sh scripts for non-windows.
IMO, I think we should prioritize removing the awk dependency in #620 rather than attempt to make the PowerShell script cross platform to sidestep the main issue.
