Support AzureML Instance MI with Microsoft.Identity.Client 4.70.1 or higher #583
Description
For artifacts-keyring that is used in Azure ML instances, we need to bump the Microsoft.Identity.Client to 4.70.1 or higher to support managed identities to incorporate thisfix:

Still relevant, included in the 2.0-beta but not yet available in a GA release. When is the GA release scheduled?
