Setting the BoxView BackgroundColor is not working.
Steps to Reproduce
- Download or sync https://github.com/jsuarezruiz/dotnet-maui-testing-playground
- Launch the App on Android or Windows.
- Navigate to the BoxView tests.
- Check the Box4 test case.

Cannot reproduce the issue on the .NET MAUI Gallery. Need to check with more details if is related with the default styles, etc.

This issue has already been reported in #10850. BackgroundColor is not working. I do not know why it could not be reproduced but multiple people have this issue. Basically, there are 3 BoxView properties that can be used to set the background: BackgroundColor, Color and Background. Only Color works. The other two are broken and I think that they never worked. The workaround is to use Color instead of BackgroundColor. It can be also fixed by modifying the default styles. But it works only for a solid color. There is no workaround for gradients.

Verified this issue with Visual Studio Enterprise 17.7.0 Preview 1.0. Can repro on Android and windows platform with sample project.
