• Enable nullability and fix any resulting issues.
• CFString and NSString are toll-free bridged, so we can simplify the NSString
  creation code to always create CFStrings and not NSStrings - which is a
  really nice performance benefit, because creating a CFString is
  significantly faster.
• Add a few methods to CFString to match NSString's API.
• Add/improve xml docs.
