Changes

  • Implement eight candidates from the previously supplied source inventory: NekoBT, Shana Project, Public Domain Torrents, Royal Road, NovelFire, Weeb Central, ComicBookPlus and Audius.
  • Add installable NASA, BBC Global News and NPR Up First RSS feeds.
  • Wire installed endpoints into native browse/search/readers and add the Music source selector to the web UI.
  • Keep installed-source gating, source-switch cancellation, bounded parsing and reader caps; document blocked candidates and verified paths in docs/browse-sources.md.
  • Extract Music API handling from the main router to keep it within the repository size gate.

Validation

  • zig build test: passed.
  • zig build -Doptimize=ReleaseFast: local desktop build passed.
  • Feature gate: 463 passed, 0 failed, 1 warning, 11 skipped (optional components).
  • Web lifecycle tests: 29 passed, including source-switch acknowledgment and stale response rejection.
  • Added executable torrent request/parser tests and pure reading/music parser regressions, including NovelFire latest-chapter banner ordering and ComicBookPlus pagination.
  • Isolated headless build and browse checks opened Royal Road and NovelFire chapter text; Weeb Central and ComicBookPlus returned reader page URLs and actual first-page image bytes.
  • Production torrent adapters returned 50 NekoBT magnets, 50 Shana Project links and three Public Domain Torrents formats. No torrent content downloaded.
  • Audius returned 38 public stream entries; two range probes returned audio bytes. All three installed podcast shows appeared.
  • Mobile web UI: Audius trending displayed at 390px with no horizontal overflow.

Limits

  • Comics retain the 128-page cap with a visible truncation warning; novels retain the 400-chapter cap.
  • ComicBookPlus search filters fetched latest-upload pages.
  • A repeated NovelFire chapter fetch failed transiently; reopening succeeded.
  • Provider access varies; blocked catalog candidates were not promoted. Full media playback was not performed.
