golang.org/x/time was bumped to 0.16.0 in /ecs-agent; /agent imports ecs-agent via a replace directive, so go mod tidy propagates the 0.15.0 -> 0.16.0 requirement here too. x/time 0.16.0 declares go 1.26.0, matching the ecs-agent go directive dependabot already raised. Updated go.mod, go.sum, and re-vendored via go mod vendor.
golang.org/x/time 0.16.0 requires go 1.26.0, so dependabot raised the ecs-agent go directive to 1.26.0. /ecs-init imports ecs-agent via a replace directive, so go mod tidy raises its go directive from 1.25.0 to 1.26.0 to satisfy the floor and drops the now-redundant toolchain line. Re-vendored via go mod vendor.
