aws-sdk-go-v2/config was bumped in /ecs-agent; since /agent imports it via a replace directive, go mod tidy propagates the requirement here too. Updated go.mod, go.sum, and re-vendored via go mod vendor. Pulls in the associated transitive aws-sdk-go-v2 core/service bumps (v1.47.0->1.47.1, credentials, feature/ec2/imds, sts, sso, ssooidc, signin, presigned-url, v4a, internal/configsources, internal/endpoints/v2).
…init aws-sdk-go-v2/config was bumped in /ecs-agent; since /ecs-init imports it via a replace directive, go mod tidy propagates the requirement here too. /ecs-init was on an older config (1.28.1), so this also folds the removed standalone internal/ini module into config/internal/ini and adds service/signin v1.10.1. The deliberate docker/docker v25.0.6+incompatible indirect pin is preserved. Updated go.mod, go.sum, and re-vendored via go mod vendor.
