What happened

The WARN_PanelOptionsVisual.notFXPlatform message needs to be updated because the ui has been updated since it was created, and it refers to renamed and unclear portions of the ui.

Create a new project, Java with Ant, JavaFX, JavaFX application, click Next, read the message, look for the platform manager, figure out that it is called Java Platform, look for the JavaFX tab, and see that it does not exist.
