v1.2.0 — Excel export, drill-down, grouped pivot layout

✨ Features

• Styled XLSX export (Pro). Export the grid or pivot to a styled .xlsx with multi-level headers, totals, and number formats. exceljs is dynamically imported so it only loads on first export — no impact on the base bundle.
• Pivot Excel = two sheets. Pivot .xlsx now includes a styled Pivot summary sheet plus a Source Data sheet written as an interactive Excel Table (filter/sort), from which you can build a native Excel PivotTable in two clicks.
• One Export menu. The separate CSV/XLSX buttons (grid, pivot, drill-through) are now a single Export ▾ dropdown — CSV (free) and Excel .xlsx (Pro, shown with a "Pro" badge for free users).
• Grouped pivot row layout (new default). Nested row fields now merge repeated parent values into a single spanning cell (e.g. "Sports" shown once across its children) with a larger, whole-cell-clickable collapse control. New pivotLayout prop ('grouped' default | 'tabular' for the previous repeat-every-value behavior).
• Pivot drill-down. Expand/collapse pivot row groups (free) and double-click a cell to drill through to the underlying source rows in a modal (Pro).

🐛 Fixes

• XLSX export now works in the browser (resolved exceljs bundler-interop shape) and handles BigInt values from DuckDB/SQL sources.
• Modals (drill-through, calculated field) follow the active grid theme and use readable text colors.

New API

• pivotLayout, enableDrillDown, enableDrillThrough props; exportToXLSX / exportPivotToXLSX; onDrillThrough / onCollapseChange events; new license features for XLSX export and drill-through.
