  1. fix(api): use explicit .js specifiers for _lib imports 

    The Vercel Node runtime loads these functions as ESM (the project is
"type": "module"), and Node requires explicit file extensions on relative
imports. Extensionless imports made every API function fail at load time.

Also replace Object.hasOwn with a Set lookup, which keeps the API files
compatible with the ES2020 lib used by Vercel's type-check.
