Background

Gym CI uses the legacy external runner variable. AUT-2161 requires shared feature-flagged routing without changing member jobs.

What changed

  • pin the shared resolver and preflight to v1.9.0
  • pass the resolver output only to the non-member input
  • preserve the existing member runner and legacy fallback

Tested

Static assertions verified the immutable pin, route inputs, dynamic output, and unchanged member input. GitHub CI remains authoritative.
