docs(fern): remove redundant Resources Server page - #1781

The standalone Build Verifiers > Resources Server page duplicated the "Resources Server Interfaces" content already folded into the Build Verifiers index. It originated from an interim move (#1777) rather than the original IA intent (#1751), where the page was eliminated in favor of the index section. - Delete fern/.../build-verifiers/resources-server/index.mdx - Drop the Resources Server card from the Build Verifiers index - Repoint inbound links (integrate-existing-agents, llm-as-judge Related Topics) to /build-verifiers - Repoint docs.yml redirects (task-verification, resources-server, and the page's own URL) to /build-verifiers Signed-off-by: Chris Wing <cwing@nvidia.com>
