Change to the latest version of Tmds.DBus.Protocol and use the project source generator.

Fix StatusNotifierItem Status property to use "Active" value.
Fix "watch after request" race for portal requests.

Some APIs were removed in Protocol that Avalonia depends on. This causes an issue when the user updates the Protocol to use a later version than the one Avalonia currently uses.

This also changes to use the roslyn generator that comes with the Tmds.DBus project which recently got support for implementing handler objects.

The PR also fixes two problems in Avalonia's D-Bus usage. See initial comment.
