Fun ’N Folk, Tilburg – Saturday 21st November 2026

FEROCIOUS DOG CLOSE OUT THEIR DUTCH RUN AT FUN ’N FOLK 🎻🔥

Four nights. Four Dutch cities. And one final blast.

Ferocious Dog bring their Netherlands run to a close on Saturday 21st November with an appearance at Fun ’N Folk at 013 in Tilburg.

After Groningen, Amersfoort and Goes, the band arrive in Tilburg for something a little different.

This isn’t simply another Ferocious Dog show.

It’s a full evening of folk, punk, ska, Balkan sounds, cumbia and complete musical chaos, with Ferocious Dog joining a line-up built specifically for people who regard standing still as a personal failure.

And with 2026 marking Ferocious Dog’s final year on the road, Tilburg becomes the last Dutch stop on this farewell run.

One more Netherlands crowd. One more room full of voices. One more chance to let the fiddle loose.

EVENT DETAILS

  • Date: Saturday 21st November 2026
  • Event: Fun ’N Folk
  • Venue: 013 Poppodium
  • Room: NEXT
  • Location: Tilburg, Netherlands

FUN ’N FOLK

Fun ’N Folk returns to 013 following its comeback, bringing together bands that take folk music and enthusiastically throw away the rulebook.

This is folk with punk energy, Balkan rhythms, ska, cumbia and music made to get a room moving.

Alongside the live bands, 013 promises additional entertainment, food, drinks and plenty happening throughout the venue during the evening.

In other words, don’t expect six hours politely examining musicianship from the back of the room.

This is supposed to be a party.

FEROCIOUS DOG

Ferocious Dog bring their unmistakable collision of punk energy and Celtic melody to Tilburg as part of a line-up that feels almost custom built for them.

Raw, energetic and driven by songs designed to connect directly with the crowd, their live shows have taken them from grassroots UK venues to festival fields and stages throughout Europe.

013 describes their performances as fiery affairs where punk energy and Celtic melodies come together in a collective explosion.

That sounds about right. For Ferocious Dog, folk has never meant preserving music behind glass. It means music belonging to people. Loud people, preferably. And at Fun ’N Folk, there should be plenty of those.

BOHEMIAN BETYARS

Also appearing are Bohemian Betyars, the Budapest folk-punk band whose frantic live shows combine speedfolk with Hungarian and Balkan influences.

They’ve built a reputation around high-energy performances where sitting down seems to have been removed from the list of available options.

Expect fast rhythms, huge energy and another band perfectly suited to the Fun ’N Folk stage.

POLITIE WARNSVELD

Politie Warnsveld bring their own infectious brand of party-driven music to Tilburg.

Catchy, energetic and deliberately built to get people moving, they add another layer of glorious unpredictability to a bill that already has very little interest in behaving itself.

LO POLOKO

Rotterdam collective Lo Poloko complete the announced line-up.

With members whose roots stretch across Mexico, Chile, Spain, Portugal and Italy, the band start with Latin music before pulling rock, ska, cumbia, Balkan and dub into the mix.

They call the result Big Latin Bang.

Which, frankly, sounds considerably more entertaining than trying to assign it a sensible genre.

ABOUT 013

013 is one of the Netherlands’ best-known music venues and has built a reputation for bringing together everything from emerging alternative acts to major international touring bands.

For Fun ’N Folk, the action takes place in NEXT, giving the festival the kind of close, energetic environment that suits this collection of bands perfectly.

Ferocious Dog have history here too, having previously brought their politically charged folk-punk to 013 and other major Dutch venues and festivals.

Now they return as part of their final year of touring.

ABOUT TILBURG

Tilburg has developed into one of the Netherlands’ strongest music cities, with 013 sitting right at the centre of its live scene.

The venue is within easy reach of Tilburg’s city centre, surrounded by bars, restaurants and plenty of places to begin the evening before heading inside.

Although with doors opening at 5pm, this one starts considerably earlier than the previous nights.

So perhaps don’t spend quite as long in the pub pretending you’ll leave after the next drink.

Groningen.

Amersfoort.

Goes.

And finally, Tilburg.

Four nights across the Netherlands ending with six hours of folk, punk, ska, Balkan rhythms and whatever else Fun ’N Folk decides to throw into the room.

For Ferocious Dog, it’s the final Dutch date of the run.

Saturday 21st November. 013 Tilburg. One last Dutch party. 🇳🇱🎻🔥

’t Beest, Goes – Friday 20th November 2026

FEROCIOUS DOG BRING THE FAREWELL TOUR TO GOES 🎻🔥

The Netherlands run continues.

After Groningen and Amersfoort, Ferocious Dog head south-west to Goes for another night of full-throttle folk-punk at Podium ’t Beest.

With 2026 marking the band’s final year on the road, this run through the Netherlands is more than just another European tour.

Every venue is part of the farewell.

Every crowd gets one final chance to sing those songs back at the band.

And on Friday 20th November, it’s Goes’ turn.

Expect roaring choruses, frantic fiddle, pounding drums and the unmistakable Ferocious Dog mixture of punk attitude, folk instrumentation and songs designed to be played very, very loudly.

EVENT DETAILS

  • Date: Friday 20th November 2026
  • Venue: Podium ’t Beest
  • Location: Goes, Netherlands
  • Start: 20:30
  • Special Guests: Bunch of Bastards

WITH BUNCH OF BASTARDS

Joining Ferocious Dog in Goes are Bunch of Bastards, making this a night firmly built around the louder and rowdier end of folk music.

It’s a pairing that should suit the ’t Beest crowd perfectly.

Get in early.

Get near the front.

And don’t expect to spend much of the evening standing still.

FEROCIOUS DOG IN THE NETHERLANDS

The Netherlands has long been an important part of Ferocious Dog’s touring story.

The band’s mixture of Celtic folk, punk rock and politically charged songwriting has found a natural home with European audiences, particularly in venues where the crowd is close enough to become part of the show.

And that’s exactly what this run is about.

No detached arena experience.

No enormous gap between stage and audience.

Just a band, a packed room and a final collection of nights together.

For anyone who’s followed Ferocious Dog across the Netherlands over the years, Goes offers another chance to be part of that story before the touring chapter comes to an end.

ABOUT ’T BEEST

Podium ’t Beest has been part of the cultural life of Goes for decades, hosting live music, club nights, film and alternative culture from its home on Beestenmarkt.

It has exactly the ingredients a Ferocious Dog show needs.

An intimate room.

A proper live-music crowd.

And just enough space for things to get gloriously chaotic once the band hit full speed.

After undergoing improvement works during 2026, ’t Beest is back hosting concerts through the autumn, with Ferocious Dog arriving right in the middle of its November programme.

ABOUT GOES

Goes sits in the Dutch province of Zeeland and combines an historic centre with the sort of compact layout that makes it ideal for a gig trip.

The old centre is packed with cafés, bars, restaurants and terraces, while ’t Beest itself sits on Beestenmarkt, right in town.

So there’s really no excuse for turning up two minutes before the band starts.

Get into Goes early.

Find somewhere for food.

Have a drink.

Then head over to ’t Beest and prepare for another chapter in Ferocious Dog’s final Dutch run.

Groningen.

Amersfoort.

Now Goes.

Three nights into the Netherlands run and there won’t be much opportunity for anyone to recover.

Friday 20th November. ’t Beest. Goes. Let’s make some noise. 🇳🇱🎻🔥

FLUOR, Amersfoort – Thursday 19th November 2026

FEROCIOUS DOG BRING THE FAREWELL TOUR TO AMERSFOORT 🎻🔥

One night after Groningen, Ferocious Dog continue their final run through the Netherlands with a huge night at FLUOR in Amersfoort.

With 2026 marking the band’s final year of live performances, every show on this tour feels that little bit more important.

These aren’t simply another set of European dates.

They’re part of the last chapter.

And on Thursday 19th November, that chapter lands right in the heart of Amersfoort.

Expect the full Ferocious Dog experience: furious fiddle, driving punk rhythms, massive choruses and the sort of crowd that knows standing quietly at the back really isn’t the point.

FEROCIOUS DOG AT FLUOR

FLUOR describes Ferocious Dog as a six-piece band delivering a lively mixture of Celtic folk and punk rock, sitting somewhere between the spirit of Billy Bragg and The Levellers.

That’s a pretty good indication of what Amersfoort is in for.

Across years of relentless touring, Ferocious Dog have built their reputation the proper way: packed grassroots venues, festival fields, European tours and audiences who don’t just watch the show, they become part of it.

The band have toured extensively across the UK and Europe and appeared at festivals including Lowlands, Glastonbury Festival and Beautiful Days.

Their sixth studio album, Kleptocracy, reached number three in the Official Folk Charts, number six in the Independent Charts and number eleven in the Physical Albums Chart.

But statistics only tell half the story.

Ferocious Dog make most sense when they’re standing a few feet in front of you with a fiddle screaming, drums pounding and an entire room singing back at them.

ABOUT FLUOR

FLUOR has been one of Amersfoort’s main live music venues for more than 30 years, hosting everything from emerging artists to established international touring bands.

Located at the Oliemolenhof, the venue has become an important part of the city’s live music scene, with concerts, club nights and cultural events running throughout the year.

For Ferocious Dog, it’s exactly the sort of room where things can get properly intense.

Close enough to the stage to feel everything.

Big enough for the crowd to erupt.

And absolutely nowhere to hide once the fiddle kicks in.

ABOUT AMERSFOORT

If you’re travelling over for the show, Amersfoort deserves more than simply arriving, watching the gig and disappearing again.

Its historic centre is packed with medieval streets, canals, bars, cafés and restaurants, while the striking Koppelpoort city gate gives the place one of the most distinctive skylines in the Netherlands.

FLUOR sits just outside the historic centre, making it easy to spend some time exploring the city before heading over for the gig.

Make a day of it.

Find a bar.

Then head to FLUOR and get ready for another night on Ferocious Dog’s final European run.

Groningen one night.

Amersfoort the next.

The farewell tour keeps rolling through the Netherlands.

Amersfoort, Thursday 19th November. Let’s make this one count. 🇳🇱🎻🔥

Groningen, NL – Vera – Wednesday 18th November 2026

FEROCIOUS DOG RETURN TO GRONINGEN FOR ONE LAST FOLK-PUNK STORM 🎻🔥

Ferocious Dog head back to the Netherlands this November, bringing their farewell tour to the legendary VERA in Groningen for what promises to be one seriously charged night.

With 2026 marking the band’s final year of live performances, these European shows carry something extra. Every chorus matters a little more, every fiddle line hits harder, and every packed room becomes part of the final chapter of Ferocious Dog on the road.

And VERA is exactly the sort of venue where Ferocious Dog belong.

Raw, intimate and fiercely independent, Groningen’s iconic underground music venue has built its reputation on loud bands, passionate crowds and gigs where the barrier between band and audience pretty much disappears.

Expect pounding drums, furious fiddle, huge singalongs and the kind of energy that has taken Ferocious Dog from grassroots venues across Britain to stages throughout Europe and festivals including Glastonbury, Lowlands, Wacken and Hellfest.

This one could get lively.

Expect dancing, shouting, raised glasses and absolutely no sensible behaviour once they get going.

ABOUT VERA

VERA is one of the Netherlands’ best-known alternative music venues and has spent decades championing underground and independent music.

Its intimate Mainstage, fiercely loyal audience and no-nonsense approach to live music make it a perfect setting for Ferocious Dog.
