Formula:
Cu(Fe3+,Ni,Co)2S4
Ni-rich. Simplified formula given is:
Cu1.00(Fe0.98Ni0.89Co0.13)2.00S4.
Found as a small grain/aggregate in close association with Fe-rich fletcherite and chalcopyrite in a garnetite from the upper mantle.
Not identical with monoclinic Unnamed (Cu-Fe Sulphide III) which has the formula CuFe2S4 and is a late-hydrothermal phase.
