RootWidget class

A widget for the root of the widget tree.

Exposes an attach method to attach the widget tree to a BuildOwner. That method also bootstraps the element tree.

Used by WidgetsBinding.attachRootWidget (which is indirectly called by runApp) to bootstrap applications.
