TabBarTheme class
Defines default property values for descendant TabBar widgets.
Descendant widgets obtain the current TabBarThemeData object using TabBarTheme.of. Instances of TabBarThemeData can be customized with TabBarThemeData.copyWith.
Typically a TabBarThemeData is specified as part of the overall Theme with ThemeData.tabBarTheme.
