As the world entered the era of AI, we found that our VM sandboxes made for a perfect solution for executing code in agentic workflows.
Both us and Together AI understood the immense potential of bringing code execution to LLMs, so we joined forces and today we’re also releasing CodeSandbox SDK.

Today we have some very big news 🎉 CodeSandbox has joined @togethercompute and we have joined forces to launch a new product, CodeSandbox SDK! - 3/ With CodeSandbox SDK, you can programmatically spin up (AI) sandboxes. These sandboxes run inside a VM in our infrastructure. This gives you: - Memory snapshot/restore (checkpointing). - VM cloning from a live VM or snapshot in 3 seconds. - FS persistence (with git version00:004/ But we’re just getting started! We have big plans for the SDK, including: - Generate signed URLs to private previews. - Snapshot tagging for easy deployment of snapshots built using the snapshot builder. - Create sessions inside a sandbox, each with their own permissions. -5/ As a joint effort, we have created a cohesive product experience for Together AI customers to use the SDK to build agentic workflows.
