Investigating: Canvas Provisioning and EchoVideo Provisioner Disruptions, 9/25

Friday, September 25: UMass IT is investigating issues affecting Boomi, the university’s platform for connecting applications and transferring data between systems. As a result, users may experience delays or errors when information is exchanged between affected services. Affected services include, but are not limited to: Canvas Provisioner, Echo360 Provisioner, Slate to SPIRE procesing, and additional services.
