r/SuperMario64 Rules

1

No harassment or bullying.

2

No low effort posts

Actually put effort into your posts. This includes both quality of the post and the idea behind it.

This also (but not only) includes posts about creepy Mario 64 copies or horror stories involving the game, where the rule is applied much stricter. Unless a lot of visible effort is put into these posts, refrain from posting them.

3

No off topic posts

Posting about things, in which Super Mario 64 is not the main focus will result into deletion.

4

No self promotion

A post which only exists to promote something, will be deleted. Exceptions may occur if the thing you are promoting isn't giving you a profit.

5

No NSFW

While this isn't a completely kid friendly subreddit (swearing will still be allowed, as long as it isn't aggressively targeting another individual) you should still refrain from posting NSFW images / text / other media.

6

No AI

The original game was made with lots of love and skill. AI creations are made with neither. So please, refrain from posting AI generated content. We as a subreddit do not support it.

7

Post negative aura posts in the megathread

No posts about wet dry worlds negative aura or others akin to "this game is so creepy" in the main sub area. Well thought out posts with a compelling narrative can still be allowed, although the megathread is prefered.
