Hi everyone I bought an ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED a few months ago, and I’m having a serious issue with it.
Yesterday, the laptop was working perfectly fine. At night, I shut it down normally and plugged it into the charger. Today, it won’t turn on at all.
Nothing happens at all. No lights, no screen, no fan, absolutely no response.
The laptop was completely fine yesterday, so this happened unexpectedly overnight.
Since I bought it only a few months ago, I’m wondering if there’s anything else I could try before sending it in for service.
I’d really appreciate any advice.
