Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

Good for ebooks & abooks, but a miserable interface
As you can gather from other reviews, this allows you to take out books from the library - as long as they are ebooks or audiobooks. It also includes a built-in reader (which i have never used) or you can use the Kindle app installed on you device. Quite slick how that works. The UI is a confusing mess, follows no design guide. Using the app is a little trial & error. You can't request physical books,it has no insight to any hardcopy books you have out or are on hold. It can manage your library card, so you can use it to check out your books. No push notifications for book availability or return dates. If I lack the enthusiasm of some of the reviews (I got a book from the library!!!), it's just that it does what it does well with a poor UI and limited functionality. Using a web browser gives you more insight.

I really like the Libby app. I can check on my books from the library. I know how many days left to finish reading my books. It is a great app, if you like to read.

Ever since I got this on my tablet I have been addicted! When my parents don't have time to go to the library with me I just go on Libby . One of my favorite parts is you can go to chapters just by clicking table of contents. The graphic quality is great. Best free app ever!

Not always perfect, but when I've complained to them they've responded by fixing the issues and improving the app. A lot of companies don't do that and I really appreciate the ones that do.

I am thankfu! for the thousands of titles and genress for digital books and audiobooks that I can access with Libby through my Kindle and Audible apps. I love carrying around HUNDREDS of books a year. My only suggestion is adding a few review sites like Goodreads, Bookbub, Kindle/Audible etcetera. As a voracious reader and bibliophile the Public Library and Libby are great if you're not a trust fund baby.

I like the app a lot but the selection can be good or bad depending on the library that you logged in as. I think the waits for books can sometimes take a while but it is still pretty good. A lot of times they have only one copy of a certain book but then 200 of a popular one. It does have a lot of good qualities such as the fact that you can read books with no wifi, most libraries have a lot of kids books, and it takes very little time to download each book. It is honestly a good app.

🏃Run, do not walk! Install this app if you love to read and don't want to have to go down to your library to have to sign up. 🙍It's as easy as finding your local library online 💻or even a library that allows membership without having to be a resident, applying for a digital membership (they usually give you your temporary library card number immediately even until you get the confirmation email) go into the app, select 'add card', enter in the temp library card number and whatever password/pin you entered in your application (if you didnt, they will have sent you one in an email) and bam! Digital library !embership. Borrow till your heart desires. 🤗You don't have to worry about late fees⏳, you just get a notification telling you that your borrowed book will be returned soon and to renew it you want to. You don't have to lug around 12 heavy books and find the time to return them. It's not just books📖, but audio books🎧, podcasts🎙, magazines and 'don't newspapers🗞and they even have bookclubs you can join 👦👧👨👩👴👵(depending on your library ofcourse). If you do decide to create your own bookclub, there are usually categories of "Always available" books, that usually have multiple copies so all your friends can borrow and read at the same time. Seriously, you won't regret it. It's easy to use, FREE and makes reading fun while taking out the tedium of it all. If you can though, do try and support your local libraries where you can but definitely install this app ❤

My library has lots of books I can borrow. It's a great and east way to borrow books for free without actually going to the local library. It took a bit of getting used to after using overdrive. My only complaint is that there should be more books available and more academic books, like law books or books for courses.
