none of the @harvardhua co-president candidate platforms mention disability/accessibility, as usual. also, not athletic accommodations being mentioned when disabled students can't even get proper accommodations a lot of the time

All professors should look to Dr. Schalk as an example! At Harvard, faculty/TFs were told that they can only encourage and not mandate that students mask in the classroom. This is an unacceptable situation for disabled and immunocompromised students, faculty, and TFs.

harvard's unclear/unfair policies, lack of mental health resources, and failure to proactively support disabled students (yes depression can be a disability) led to this. suicide prevention is a disability justice issue.

Jeremy C. Hendley, a first-year student at Harvard Law School, has died by suicide, according to an announcement by the school on Sunday. His death marks at least the third student suicide in five years at Harvard Law School. thecrimson.com/article/2022/9…

harvard highlighted our co-president on harvard.edu for women's history month, but melissa can't access all of the features of the house she was sorted into. @harvard stop using disabled students as props to disguise the massive amount of inaccessibility on campus!
