Everton may have work to do in the transfer window ahead of the historic first season at the Hill Dickinson Stadium but it has still been a busy summer behind the scenes. Everton Women have signed highly-rated Japan international defender Hikaru Kitagawa from Swedish club BK Häcken. Regarded as one of international football’s best full-backs, the 28-year-old becomes Brian Sorensen’s fourth signing of the 2025 summer transfer window. [Everton FC]
