自動多言語化対応の記事を書きました。
実際、このnoteにも英語圏の方が見に来てくれているようです。ドッキドキですわー。

だって、私が書いているのは「日本のちょっとヘンテコな日常」。ストレートに綺麗に翻訳しても、きっとニュアンスが伝わらないと思うのです。
じゃあどうするか。
試しに、この日常をNotebookLMの音声機能に放り込んで、アメリカのラジオみたいな「ジョーク満載の英語ポッドキャスト風」にできないか相談してみました。すると「できそう！」とのこと。ならば話は早いです。さっそく試してみることにしました！

実験人使う題材は、最も理解が難しそうなものをチョイス。
「春のパン祭り「必殺技」解禁！｜デイリーヤマザキで爆速＆完走した私」

出来上がったのは、こちらです
「Welcome to Japan's most bizarre spring festival!」
（日本で一番奇妙な春の『奇祭』へようこそ！）

一応与えたスクリプトは、こちら。
読むのは日本の方が多いので、日本語もつけてもらいました。
音声解説はこの通りにはしゃべってません。なんだ…台本みたいな感じ？　そこに喋り手二名の掛け合いでどんどん変わっていくみたいです。

📻 英語ラジオスクリプト案：The "White Plate" Obsession

[Host A (Alex): 男性ホスト / ちょっと興奮気味] [Host B (Sarah): 女性ホスト / 呆れつつも大ウケしている]

Alex: Welcome back! Today, we’re diving into one of Japan’s most intense and crazy spring traditions. And no, I’m not talking about cherry blossoms. （おかえりなさい！ 今日は日本の春の、最も激しくてクレイジーな伝統について掘り下げるよ。あ、桜のハナシじゃないぜ。）

Sarah: Oh my god, Alex. Are we talking about the "Yamazaki Spring Bread Festival"? I read MeiMei’s post about this. It is HILARIOUS! （オーマイガー、アレックス。もしかして「ヤマザキ春のパン祭り」のこと？ MeiMeiの記事読んだわよ。これ、超ウケるんだけど！）

Alex: Yes! For our listeners who don't know, every spring, people in Japan get cursed. They completely ignore other bread brands and become obsessed with collecting tiny stickers worth 0.5 or 1 point. And why? For cash? A car? No! For a SINGLE. WHITE. PLATE! （そう！ 知らないリスナーのために説明すると、日本の春、人々は「呪い」にかかるんだ。他のパンのブランドを完全に無視して、0.5点とか1点っていう極小のシールを集めることに取り憑かれる。何のためだと思う？ 現金？ 車？ 違う！ たった1枚の、白いお皿のためさ！）

Sarah: Exactly! MeiMei says her family was practically booing her, but she didn’t care. But here’s the best part: she invented a "Secret Technique" to hack the system. She stopped going to supermarkets and exclusively went to "Daily Yamazaki" convenience stores. （その通り！ MeiMeiの家族はブーイングしてたらしいけど、彼女は気にしなかった。でもここからが最高なのよ。彼女、システムをハックする「必殺技」を編み出したの。スーパーに行くのをやめて、「デイリーヤマザキ」っていうコンビニ一択に絞ったのよ。）

Alex: The "Point Sanctuary"! She realized that at Daily Yamazaki, it’s not just bread. Bento boxes, rice balls, sandwiches... and her favorite high-calorie sweet, the "Marugoto Banana"! They all have points! It’s "Point Inflation"! （出た、「点数の聖地」！ 彼女は気づいたんだ、デイリーヤマザキではパンだけじゃないってことに。お弁当、おにぎり、サンドイッチ…そして彼女が大好きな高カロリースイーツ「丸ごとバナナ」！ これ全部に点数がついてる！ まさに「点数インフレ」状態さ！）

Sarah: I love her passion. She did a "speed run" to fill up her sticker card. She marches up to the cash register with this totally smug face, dreaming of eating a fruit sandwich on her new white plate like a famous Japanese actress, Takako Matsu. （彼女の情熱、最高ね。彼女はシール台紙を埋めるために「爆走」したのよ。そして超ドヤ顔でレジに向かった。新しい白いお皿で、日本の有名な女優「松たか子」みたいにフルーツサンドを食べるのを夢見ながらね。）

Alex: So she proudly hands over her treasure, right? And what does the clerk say? （で、彼女は誇らしげにその宝物（台紙）を渡したんだろ？ 店員は何て言ったんだい？）

Sarah: The clerk looks at her in slow motion and says... "Sorry, the plates are out of stock. Restock is undecided." （店員はスローモーションみたいに彼女を見て、こう言ったの。「すみません、お皿が品切れで……入荷も未定なんです」って！）

Alex: NO WAY!! After all that!? （ウソだろ！！ あんなに頑張ったのに！？）

Sarah: Yes! The finish line was completely empty. MeiMei says she just sat there in her mind, hugging her knees with a card full of useless stickers, wishing her hay fever would just end too. It is beautifully tragic! （そう！ ゴールテープの向こうには誰もいなかった。MeiMeiは心の中で、無駄になったシールだらけの台紙を握りしめたまま、そっと「体育座り」をしたそうよ。花粉症も一緒に終わってくれって願いながらね。もう、美しき悲劇よ！）

Alex: That is peak Japanese dedication right there. To MeiMei, we salute your "Blue Flame" and your empty white plate dreams. （それこそが日本の最高の献身ってやつだね。MeiMei、君の青い炎と、空っぽの白い皿の夢に敬礼するよ。）

これでヤマザキ春のパン祭は全世界に理解されるのでしょうか？
