- 显示器绑定机制升级：改用设备路径与 EDID 识别显示器，歌词窗口在显示器拔插、重新连接后仍能回到原来的屏幕（#341）

- 播放进度条更平滑：改为按时间推进并动态纠正偏差，只在真正拖动进度时才对齐，减少抖动与跳变

- 显示器发生变化时，演示窗口的断连提示会自动刷新，不再显示过期状态

⭐ New Features
- Reworked monitor binding: monitors are now identified by device path and EDID, so lyrics windows return to the correct screen after a monitor is unplugged and reconnected (#341)
- Window position and size are automatically restored after monitor DPI, resolution or layout changes
🪄 Adjustments
- Smoother playback progress bar: position now advances by elapsed time with drift correction, and snaps only on real seeks, reducing jitter and jumping
- Keep-screen-awake now applies only while a lyrics window is visible and is released when minimized, so the system is no longer blocked from sleeping unnecessarily
- The disconnect warning in the demo window refreshes automatically when monitors change instead of showing stale state
- Updated dependencies and issue templates
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed song info and album art not refreshing (or showing empty) after the display resumes
- Fixed a hidden docked lyrics window not re-registering its AppBar when shown again, which caused taskbar overlap or incorrect work area
- Fixed windows being rebound to the first monitor when the monitor settings list refreshes
- Fixed monitor bindings being lost when a monitor is temporarily disconnected
- Fixed brief position jumps and desync after seeking with the progress bar
