1. On Start Audio Mute

• Added "On Start Audio Mute" option in setting (Default: true)
• When any Audio WebSocket connects → Android audio set to 0
• When all Audio WebSockets disconnect → Restore previous audio level
• Audio is muted only (not fully stopped)

🔐 Security

• <IP>:6589 is now restricted
