Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Theophoric name, a link pointing to the disambiguation page Abdul Masih was added. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 05:56, 7 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

It was intended. —Antonissimo (talk) 06:39, 7 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Then make it Abdul Masih (disambiguation). —Antonissimo (talk) 03:07, 21 October 2026 (UTC)Reply

Please read WP:REDLINK. I can't find a good article about the family tree of biologically modern human populations as they migrated around the world and the biological markers of their migration, just articles about the family tree of pre-modern vs modern humans. If I had found a suitable article, I would have put it there. The red link is there exactly to stimulate either the discovery of that article or the creation of a suitable article. Please don't just blast away red links - they are there to drive the encylopedia forward, not defects. If you can fix it with a better link, though, I'd be delighted, — The Anome (talk) 21:56, 1 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Likely there is more pseudoscience on this subject than the other kind … —Antonissimo (talk) 22:07, 1 September 2026 (UTC)Reply
I'm thinking of the population genetic flow stuff like , which is what seems to be being correlated here. Cross-correlating language flow with genetic flow based on things like neutral mutations seems to be a perfectly legitiomate line of enquiry, because it's entirely falsifiable; either the linguistic and genetic markers line up, or they don't, Note that this is about historical/prehistorical population flows vs. language flows, not some sort of genetic propensity for languages - I specificially do not want any of the pseudoscientific or racist nonsense that is floating around. — The Anome (talk) 23:35, 1 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Earl of Oxford

[edit]

hiya. First, thanks for correcting my mistake herehttps://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Earl_of_Oxford&diff=prev&oldid=1377733986 Second, glanced at your user page; funny stuff. ~2026-52489-78 (talk) 01:44, 3 October 2026 (UTC)Reply

Then my life has not been entirely wasted. —Antonissimo (talk) 04:00, 3 October 2026 (UTC)Reply

Equal temperament

You asked a good question on that topic, which revealed that the opening sentence of the article was complete nonsense. I've changed it to something I think is considerably better; I'd appreciate it if you took a look at just the opening paragraph to see if it makes more sense now. Popups

[edit]

Thought you might want to know that because the first embedded image on your userpage that has a direct link in the source is Image:ST-3-bud.jpg, that is the image that appears when I hover over your username with WP:POPUPS. Something interesting to note. -- Reconrabbit (talk) 19:57, 8 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
