Product description

ELEGOO Resistor Kit contains 525 pieces of resistors with 17 different values in total. There are many different types of resistors available for the electronics constructor to choose from, from very small surface mount chip resistors up to large wirewound power resistors. ELEGOO resistors are typical axial-lead metal film resistors, which have much better temperature stability than their carbon equivalents, lower noise and are generally better for high frequency or radio frequency applications.

The ELEGOO 525-Piece Resistor Kit includes 17 resistance values ranging from 0 Ω to 1 MΩ, giving makers, students, technicians and electronics hobbyists a versatile component supply for breadboard prototypes, LED circuits, voltage dividers, pull-up and pull-down connections, sensor projects and other low-power electronics applications.

    Each resistor features a 1/4W metal film construction with ±1% tolerance for consistent resistance values in electronic experiments and prototypes. Rather than distributing every value equally, the kit includes 50 pieces each of frequently used 100 Ω, 220 Ω, 1 kΩ and 10 kΩ resistors, helping keep common components available for repeated projects. The other 13 resistance values include 25 pieces each.

    Unlike other components that use 0.43–0.45 mm diameter tinned-iron axial leads, we utilize tinned-copper axial leads with a diameter of approximately 0.55 mm, making them better suited for standard solderless breadboards and through-hole prototyping. For easier organization, each resistance value is packed in a labeled zip bag and stored inside the included plastic case. A resistor color-code reference is also included to help users identify values and learn how resistor color bands work.
